Do I get any training when I start working at Effective?

Of course! We provide you with a first-class onboarding. There are many different training programs to participate in, based on your experience and needs. The first step is our competence training were you will get to know our company and core values. We provide you with an introduction to all of our customers and their products.

Further, you will participate in sales training. Whether you’re a newbie or an experienced salesmen, you will have the opportunity to get trained by the best sales leaders in the country.

Our second part in the framework of competence development is the sales training. If you are not a star seller when you join us, you are guaranteed to be after the solid sales training. Our experienced team leaders coach, give you tools and learn the very best sales techniques!
