Do you want us to block and delete your data?

If you wish us to delete your data, we will of course do so without any problems, all you have to do is fill out our contact form and we will take care of the deletion, no later than within 48 hours but often earlier than that. In the event of a deletion, we will also block your phone number(s) for future import.

How did we get your information?

We work with a number of different clients who are providing us with people we are going to contact, so it is difficult to say exactly where we received the data. If you want to know exactly from which client we have received your information, you are more than welcome to contact us and we will provide you with that information.

How do we handle your data?

All address material we receive is transferred via secure transfer methods that are encrypted. Once we get the lists, they are imported into our CRM system. For more information about their safety, please feel free to contact us and we will tell you more.
In case of request from customer and client, calls are sent over to clients for, for example, quality assurance. Even then, the files are sent in secure and encrypted ways. Feel free to contact us if you want to know more about that process.
We do not process any personal data outside our premises and each employee has signed an agreement regarding the processing of personal data and penalties if this is misused.
